Singapore, April 2, 2026 — Carousell Singapore has expanded delivery options with SPX Express (SPX) under Carousell Official Delivery, offering users more convenient and affordable ways to send and receive pre-owned items. Through this partnership, sellers can now book doorstep pick-ups with SPX or drop off parcels at designated SPX service points without extra fees, while buyers enjoy subsidized rates.
With the addition of SPX service points, the Carousell Official Delivery network now includes more than 1,400 drop-off points across Singapore, giving users greater convenience in fulfilling orders. SPX also provides daily doorstep pick-up services, excluding public holidays.
Through SPX, sellers can schedule doorstep pick-ups at no cost to them or drop-off parcels at nearby SPX service points. Meanwhile, buyers benefit from subsidized delivery fees starting at S$1.80, the lowest currently available on Carousell Official Delivery and among the most competitive options for predominantly-C2C shipping. Delivery add-on fees for other courier options vary depending on the fulfillment service selected by sellers.
SPX also offers label-less shipping at no extra cost, making it easier for everyday Singaporeans to declutter items using Carousell. Instead of printing shipping labels, sellers simply write the Shipping Tracking Number on their parcel and present the barcode in the Carousell app at an SPX drop-off point. Once processed, both sellers and buyers can track the parcel’s journey directly within the Carousell app.
For added convenience, sellers can also schedule doorstep pick-ups through the Carousell app. Parcels also only need to have the Shipping Tracking Number handwritten on it, and if sellers are unavailable during the scheduled time, items can be left at a secure location for SPX personnel to collect.
With SPX’s fast and trackable delivery from pickup to doorstep, Carousell users can enjoy the same trusted and convenient shipping service buying and selling secondhand items, just as they do with e-commerce.

Launched in May 2023, Carousell Official Delivery allows sellers to arrange and pay for affordable, trackable delivery options fulfilled by logistics partners within the Carousell platform. Sellers have the flexibility to set on each listing if the shipping fee will be borne by the buyer or seller. Once shipping is initiated, users can track the parcel’s journey within the platform and receive notifications.
