São Paulo, Brazil, January 15, 2024 – Shopee has introduced a fresh initiative known as "Conscious Back to School," with the aim of inspiring donations of school supplies and fostering English language education for young individuals in underserved communities. This initiative is set to transform the 2024 back-to-school experience into an opportunity to demonstrate acts of kindness and generosity.

Until February 4th, users can choose from four digital products for donation, ranging from the Annual School Kit — which includes all materials needed by a student for an entire year — to options for English lessons for a student, ranging from 1 month to 6 months or 1 year.

Every donation will go directly to the Cidadão Pró-Mundo organization via Shopee Doações, and the institution will help deliver the  resources directly to the benefiting students.

Moreover, Shopee is also organizing a special conscious back-to-school week in partnership with Dac Papelaria. From January 15 to 26, users can receive an exclusive 5% discount coupon on selected products. Additionally, Dac will contribute 10% of the sales revenue from these products to support Cidadão Pró-Mundo.
