Closet da Bê, an online fashion store owned by Brenda and Felipe, has captured the hearts of customers on Shopee with its inspiring success story. 

Brenda, originally from the vibrant city of Uberaba, Minas Gerais, crossed paths with Felipe, a proud native of São Paulo, back in 2017. Their shared passion for entrepreneurship brought them together when they were introduced by mutual friends. Before embarking on their Shopee adventure, Brenda was immersed in the world of makeup artistry while Felipe was holding a steady job. However, their financial situation left them craving something more.

Their lives took an unexpected twist when a friend introduced them to Shopee. Enthralled by its limitless possibilities, Brenda launched an online store, offering carefully curated clothing for resale. Little did they realize, this pivotal moment would pave the way for an extraordinary journey that lay ahead.

Within just six months, Brenda's phenomenal success on Shopee inspired her to take a leap of faith and bid farewell to her job. Her decision was driven by the cost-effectiveness of running an online store and the countless opportunities awaiting her on Shopee. 

“When I started, I was already pregnant, trying to balance everything - running the business and experiencing my first pregnancy. It was a mix of emotions, and I couldn't afford to stop, even though I was pregnant. I would wake up early in the morning to collect the clothes from suppliers. Our orders started to increase, and what began as a small package grew so much that people were surprised,” recalled Brenda. 

As their order volume skyrocketed, Brenda and Felipe realized the need for a larger space to accommodate their flourishing business. “Our initial inventory was stored in bags that we bought. Eventually, we realized the need to find a larger space, a warehouse or a big enough place to focus on our business. That's when the opportunity to rent a warehouse came up,” shared Felipe. Luck graced them when they secured a warehouse, providing ample storage for their inventory and the convenience of outsourcing sewing and cutting processes for their own clothing line. The spare upper floor of the warehouse became a creative hub for their sewing operations.

The impact of Shopee on their lives was truly transformative. With their perseverance, they transitioned from renting a house to purchasing a plot of land in a secure gated community. The significant improvement in their circumstances filled them with gratitude and ignited a desire to reach even greater heights.
